Bug Buddy provides tick and mosquito control services using minimum-risk, pro-pollinator, and integrated pest management practices.

Services may include recurring subscription treatments, one-time services, inspections, property recommendations, or other related services offered by Bug Buddy.

Service availability may depend on location, property conditions, weather, scheduling capacity, and other operational factors.


Subscription Services

Bug Buddy’s recurring service plans are route-based and weather-dependent. Customers are purchasing recurring service, not a guaranteed exact appointment time.

Service timing may shift due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Wind, rain, or application suitability

  • Route efficiency

  • Property access

  • Safety concerns

  • Product application requirements

  • Other operational factors

Bug Buddy will make reasonable efforts to provide service within the expected service cycle, but exact dates and times are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.


Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact information

  • Providing accurate service address information

  • Providing safe and reasonable property access

  • Notifying Bug Buddy of locked gates, gate codes, pets, hazards, or areas to avoid

  • Keeping pets, children, or other individuals away from service areas when needed

  • Notifying Bug Buddy of sensitive areas, gardens, ponds, bees, chickens, or other concerns

  • Updating Bug Buddy if property conditions change

  • Reviewing and understanding service terms before purchasing


Bug Buddy is not responsible for delays, incomplete service, or inability to service an area caused by inaccurate information, inaccessible property, locked gates, unsafe conditions, or failure to provide necessary instructions.
 

Route-Based and Weather-Dependent Service

Customers acknowledge that Bug Buddy services are performed according to route planning, weather conditions, and product application requirements.


By purchasing service, customers understand that:

  • They are not booking a guaranteed exact appointment time

  • Preferred service windows are requests only

  • Weather may delay or reschedule service

  • Bug Buddy may adjust service timing based on route efficiency or safety

  • Service may be postponed if conditions are unsuitable


Payments

Customers agree to pay all charges associated with the services or plans they purchase.

For recurring subscriptions, the payment method on file may be charged according to the subscription billing cycle selected at purchase.

Bug Buddy may suspend, delay, or cancel service if payment fails, is disputed, or is not received.


Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel recurring service according to Bug Buddy’s Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not automatically refund services already performed, prepared, scheduled, or in progress.


One-Time Services

If Bug Buddy offers one-time services, those services may be subject to separate pricing, scheduling, and availability. One-time services may be more expensive than recurring subscription visits because they require separate scheduling and routing.


Property Access

Customers authorize Bug Buddy to access the agreed service areas of the property for the purpose of providing service.

If Bug Buddy cannot access the property due to a locked gate, unsafe condition, animal, missing access information, or other obstacle, the visit may be delayed, rescheduled, or considered attempted.


Products and Methods

Bug Buddy may use different products, tools, or methods depending on property conditions, weather, pest pressure, safety, and service goals.
 

Information provided on the website about products or methods is for general educational purposes only and may not represent every product or method used at every property.


Products Used Page

Any products listed on the website are provided for transparency and education. Unless clearly stated otherwise, products shown on the website are not sold directly through the site.


Results

Bug Buddy aims to reduce tick and mosquito activity, but no pest control service can guarantee complete elimination of all pests.

Results may vary based on:

  • Weather

  • Standing water

  • Vegetation

  • Neighboring properties

  • Wildlife

  • Customer cooperation

  • Environmental conditions

Limitation of Liability

Bug Buddy’s liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
